How do I use DUTCH?
Small Load 1 oz. I Medium Load 1.5 oz. I Large Load 2 oz.
For a stronger fragrance, use more detergent. For a subtle experience, use less. Our concentrated formula with powerful stain and odor-removing enzymes guarantees a clean wash, even with less detergent.
To maintain the strongest scent, use low tumble and low heat when drying.
How well does DUTCH clean?
You can trust DUTCH will clean whatever you put in the washing machine as we have specially formulated a highly concentrated detergent with powerful plant-derived surfactants and natural enzymes to remove stains, oil and lift dirt. DUTCH's formula contains 4x the cleaning power of a traditional detergent.
Can I use DUTCH for all of my laundry?
Our detergent is safe to be used for most types of clothing, towels, sheets, or other items. Please check your washing instructions before using, as some garments offer specific recommendations.
How long does the scent last?
We found in our testing that the scent can linger for up to 2+ weeks. This was only made possible by working with some of the best chemists in the industry.
Is DUTCH eco-friendly?
DUTCH aims to reduce plastic waste, and produce products that are safe for the environment. Here are a couple of ways we are striving to do that:
- The companies we partner with prioritize eco-friendly solutions and sustainability. Our pouches are made out of post-consumer recycled plastic and printed with non-toxic inks, leaving a considerably lower carbon footprint.
- Reducing contamination: Laundry detergent pods and sheets release 75% of their micro-plastic particles into micro plastics into our oceans, rivers and soil. This is why we use a liquid detergent.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted 30 days after your orders arrival, as long as the detergent pouch has not been opened.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order is damaged or the detergent pouch is punctured, please email admin@usedutch.com with photos of your order and your order number. We are more than happy to replace damaged items.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer international shipping.
Are your products vegan?
Yes, all of our products are 100% vegan.
Do you test on animals?
No, we do not test on animals.
