1. Offer Overview

By signing up for our subscription service, you agree to receive your first pouch of detergent for free (excluding shipping costs) when you subscribe to our bi-monthly delivery plan. Following the initial shipment, your subscription will automatically renew every other month at the regular price of $32 per pouch.

2. Eligibility

This offer is available to new customers only, who have not previously subscribed to our service. Limit one free pouch per household.

3. Subscription Commitment

To be eligible for the free detergent offer, customers must commit to receiving a minimum of one [1] additional paid shipments following the initial free pouch. By accepting this offer, you agree to remain subscribed for at least 2  months, during which you will receive and pay for 1 pouches at the regular subscription rate of $32 each.

4. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time after fulfilling the minimum commitment of 1 [1] additional shipments. If you choose to cancel your subscription before receiving and paying for three shipments, you will be charged the full retail price of $32 for the initial free pouch, in addition to any applicable shipping fees. This amount will be automatically billed to the payment method on file.

5. Payment and Billing

Your payment method will be charged for shipping costs at the time of the initial free shipment. Subsequent charges of $32 plus applicable taxes and shipping fees will be billed bi-monthly, starting with your second shipment. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is up to date to avoid any interruptions in service.

6. Returns and Refunds

The initial free pouch is non-returnable and non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with any subsequent shipments, please contact our customer service team at admin@usedutch.com within 30 days of receipt to discuss your options.
